Responsibility
- Manage end-to-end procurement processes for retail supermarket products.
- Negotiate with suppliers to secure favorable terms and pricing.
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and inventory levels.
- Collaborate with internal teams to forecast demand and plan procurement activities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor market trends and supplier performance to identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Resolve discrepancies in orders, deliveries, and invoices promptly.
- Support sustainability initiatives by sourcing eco-friendly products where possible.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain roles.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed purchasing decisions.
- Knowledge of retail industry trends and supplier networks.
- High attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is preferred.
