In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, evaluating, and procuring high-quality raw materials, supplies, and services to support our manufacturing and operational needs. Your expertise will ensure seamless inventory management, timely deliveries, and strong supplier relationships, contributing directly to the company’s efficiency and profitability.

Responsibility
- Source, evaluate, and select reliable suppliers and vendors for raw materials, equipment, and services.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to secure cost-effective and high-quality procurement solutions.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely restocking and avoid shortages.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure consistent supply and favorable terms.
- Analyze market trends, supplier performance, and cost-saving opportunities to optimize procurement strategies.
- Prepare and process purchase orders, invoices, and delivery schedules with accuracy and efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., production, logistics, finance) to align procurement activities with business goals.
- Resolve supply chain disruptions and vendor-related issues promptly to minimize operational delays.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain management, preferably in manufacturing or logistics.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills to manage supplier relationships effectively.
- Proficiency in ERP systems, Microsoft Excel, and procurement software for data analysis and reporting.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market data, cost structures, and supplier performance metrics.
- Knowledge of inventory management principles and just-in-time (JIT) procurement strategies.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal); knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is a plus.
