Responsibility
- Lead and manage the procurement process for F&B manufacturing, ensuring timely and cost-effective sourcing of materials.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors to secure favorable terms and pricing.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to optimize cost savings and ensure quality standards.
- Monitor market trends and supplier performance to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align procurement strategies with business objectives.
- Implement and maintain procurement policies and procedures to ensure compliance and efficiency.
- Analyze spending data and prepare reports to support decision-making and budget planning.
- Oversee inventory management to prevent shortages and reduce excess stock.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management, preferably in the F&B industry.
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.
