Responsibility
- Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to secure high-quality Halal-certified products at competitive prices.
- Ensure all procurement activities comply with Halal standards, local regulations, and company policies.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors, conducting regular performance reviews and contract negotiations.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with internal teams to forecast demand and prevent shortages or excess stock.
- Implement cost-saving strategies without compromising quality or compliance, including bulk purchasing and supplier consolidation.
- Prepare and analyze procurement reports, tracking key metrics such as spend, lead times, and supplier reliability.
- Collaborate with the finance and operations teams to align purchasing decisions with budgetary constraints and business goals.
- Stay updated on market trends, Halal certification requirements, and emerging suppliers to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Hospitality, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain management, preferably in F&B or hospitality.
- Proven expertise in Halal-certified procurement and familiarity with Islamic dietary laws and certification processes.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills to manage supplier relationships effectively.
- Proficiency in inventory management software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market data, cost structures, and financial impacts of procurement decisions.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken); knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
- High integrity, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
