Responsibility
- Source and evaluate suppliers based on quality, cost, and reliability.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with vendors to secure the best value.
- Issue and manage Purchase Orders (POs) while ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Monitor and track deliveries to ensure timely receipt of goods.
- Collaborate with internal teams to forecast demand and plan procurement activities.
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and supplier performance.
- Resolve any discrepancies or issues with suppliers promptly and professionally.
- Stay updated on market trends and industry developments to make informed purchasing decisions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain management.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Knowledge of manufacturing and logistics processes is a plus.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
