Responsibility

  • Maintain and update procurement databases, ensuring all records are current and compliant.
  • Prepare and present reports on purchasing activities, costs, and supplier performance.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or administrative roles (retail industry preferred).
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and procurement software.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English and Indonesian.
