Responsibility
- Process purchase orders, invoices, and delivery schedules with high accuracy.
- Liaise with suppliers and vendors to negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse teams to prevent stockouts or excess.
- Maintain and update procurement databases, ensuring all records are current and compliant.
- Prepare and present reports on purchasing activities, costs, and supplier performance.
- Collaborate with finance and logistics teams to streamline procurement workflows.
- Resolve discrepancies in orders, shipments, or billing in a timely manner.
- Stay updated on market trends and supplier capabilities to identify cost-saving opportunities.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or administrative roles (retail industry preferred).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and procurement software.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English and Indonesian.
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
- Basic understanding of supply chain management and inventory control.
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related fields.
- Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
- Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
