Responsibility
- Coordinate the development and production of thought leadership publications, including reports, whitepapers, and digital content, from inception to final delivery.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders (e.g., consultants, analysts, and marketing teams) to gather insights, validate content, and ensure accuracy.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to meet deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Edit and proofread content for clarity, consistency, and adherence to PwCâs tone of voice and branding guidelines.
- Collaborate with designers and digital teams to create visually compelling layouts and multimedia assets.
- Track publication performance metrics (e.g., downloads, engagement) and provide data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor publications to identify opportunities for PwCâs content differentiation.
- Facilitate internal reviews and approvals, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, Journalism, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in project coordination, content development, or publishing, preferably in a professional services or corporate environment.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Indonesian is a plus.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with a proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with content management systems (CMS), Adobe Creative Suite, or design tools is advantageous.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
