As a District Supervisor, you will act as the bridge between the Division Office and the schools within your jurisdiction. You will provide technical assistance to school heads, monitor instructional quality, and facilitate collaborative efforts to improve student learning outcomes. Responsibility
- Provide technical assistance and instructional supervision to school heads to improve teaching and learning outcomes.
- Monitor and evaluate the implementation of educational policies, curriculum standards, and school-based programs.
- Lead professional development initiatives and mentoring programs for school administrators and teaching staff.
- Facilitate the preparation and implementation of the School Improvement Plan (SIP) and Annual Implementation Plan (AIP).
- Coordinate with local government units and community stakeholders to mobilize resources and support school projects.
- Conduct regular monitoring and inspection visits to ensure school compliance with DepEd standards and safety protocols.
- Analyze school-level data to identify trends, performance gaps, and opportunities for systemic improvement.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Education or relevant field; Doctorate in Education/Educational Management is highly preferred.
- Current or former experience in a supervisory or administrative capacity within the public education sector.
- Strong understanding of Philippine educational laws, DepEd orders, and administrative regulations.
- Proven ability to coach, mentor, and lead school administrators effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage diverse community stakeholders.
- Proficiency in data analysis and evidence-based decision-making for school improvement.
- Ability to travel frequently within the assigned district in the Ilocos Region.
