Responsibility
- Provide instructional leadership by conducting regular classroom observations and providing constructive feedback to teaching staff.
- Manage school operations and oversee the implementation of the mandated K-12 curriculum.
- Develop and initiate school-based improvement projects to enhance academic performance and student outcomes.
- Coordinate with school stakeholders, including parents and local community leaders, to foster a supportive learning environment.
- Prepare comprehensive reports on school performance, resource allocation, and faculty development progress.
- Facilitate regular professional development workshops and learning action cells (LAC sessions) for teachers.
- Ensure compliance with Department of Education (DepEd) policies, standards, and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Education or related field; Master’s Degree in Education or Educational Management is highly preferred.
- Must possess a valid Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) License for Teachers.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in an administrative or supervisory capacity within a school setting.
- Deep understanding of the Philippine education system, DepEd policies, and modern pedagogical strategies.
- Strong leadership, conflict resolution, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis, report writing, and general office software (Microsoft Office/Google Workspace).
- Proven track record in community outreach and school-community partnership building.
