Responsibility
- Develop and implement PR strategies to enhance the company’s reputation in the Philippines.
- Serve as the primary liaison between the company and local government agencies, ensuring compliance and fostering partnerships.
- Organize and coordinate press conferences, media interviews, and public events.
- Draft and distribute press releases, statements, and other communications materials.
- Monitor media coverage and public sentiment, providing insights and recommendations.
- Manage crisis communications and mitigate potential reputational risks.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align PR efforts with business objectives.
- Build and maintain relationships with journalists, influencers, and industry stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in public relations, corporate communications, or a similar role.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Filipino.
- Experience working with government agencies or in a regulatory environment is a plus.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
- Proficiency in media relations, crisis management, and strategic communications.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote or hybrid setting.
- Knowledge of the renewable energy sector is advantageous but not required.
