Responsibility
- Develop and implement strategic PR campaigns to enhance the company’s reputation and visibility in local and international markets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with media outlets, journalists, influencers, and key stakeholders to secure positive coverage.
- Write, edit, and distribute press releases, media pitches, and other PR materials to promote company initiatives and achievements.
- Monitor media trends and public sentiment to proactively address potential PR challenges and opportunities.
- Organize and manage press conferences, media events, and interviews to maximize brand exposure.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, social media, and content creation, to ensure consistent messaging and branding.
- Track and analyze PR metrics, such as media coverage and engagement, to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.
- Act as a spokesperson for the company when required, representing Warna Warni Media at industry events and public engagements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in public relations, media relations, or corporate communications, preferably in the media or tourism industry.
- Proven track record of successfully managing PR campaigns and securing media coverage in reputable outlets.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia, with the ability to craft compelling narratives for diverse audiences.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with media professionals, influencers, and stakeholders.
- Experience with media monitoring tools, PR software, and analytics platforms to track campaign performance.
- Creative thinker with a strategic mindset, capable of developing innovative PR strategies that align with business goals.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
