You’ll work remotely (GMT-aligned) from Bali’s vibrant tech hubs (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, or surrounding areas), leveraging your expertise in digital marketing, funnel optimization, and agile project management to shape the future of our brands.

Responsibility
- Own and optimize performance marketing funnels (paid ads, SEO, email, and social) for D2C brands, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Collaborate with growth marketers, creatives, and data teams to develop and execute high-converting campaigns.
- Monitor KPIs (CAC, LTV, ROAS, conversion rates) and adjust strategies to maximize ROI and scalability.
- Manage cross-functional projects, ensuring timely delivery of marketing initiatives and A/B tests.
- Analyze customer journeys and identify opportunities to improve retention, engagement, and lifetime value.
- Stay ahead of industry trends in performance marketing, D2C strategies, and emerging digital channels.
- Report on campaign performance to stakeholders, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
- Coordinate with external partners (agencies, influencers, platforms) to amplify brand reach and impact.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in performance marketing, digital marketing, or project management, preferably in a D2C or e-commerce environment.
- Proven track record of managing paid ad campaigns (Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.) and optimizing funnels for growth.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using tools like Google Analytics, Looker Studio, or similar platforms.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, email marketing platforms (Klaviyo, Mailchimp), and marketing automation tools.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams (marketing, creative, tech) to drive collaborative outcomes.
- Self-starter with a proactive mindset and a passion for data-driven decision-making.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
