Responsibility
- Develop and implement comprehensive PR strategies to enhance the company's public image and brand awareness.
- Manage media relations, including press releases, media inquiries, and interview coordination.
- Organize and execute PR events, press conferences, and community engagement initiatives.
- Monitor and analyze media coverage to assess the effectiveness of PR campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.
- Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to ensure consistent messaging across all channels.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including journalists, influencers, and industry leaders.
- Create engaging content for various platforms, including social media, blogs, and newsletters.
- Handle crisis communication and reputation management with professionalism and discretion.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Communication, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field.
- Proven experience (minimum 2 years) in PR, marketing communications, or a similar role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with media and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in using PR tools and platforms, including media databases and social media management tools.
- Creative thinker with a strategic approach to problem-solving and campaign development.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of the real estate industry or related sectors is a plus.
