Responsibility
- Develop, execute, and supervise multi-channel digital ad campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, e-commerce platforms, etc.) to drive lead generation, conversions, and brand awareness.
- Conduct in-depth performance analysis using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and third-party dashboards to optimize bids, targeting, and creative assets.
- Lead A/B testing for ad copies, landing pages, and audience segments to improve CTR, CPA, and ROAS.
- Collaborate with content, design, and sales teams to ensure campaign alignment with business goals and seasonal promotions.
- Manage budget allocation across campaigns, ensuring cost-efficiency and scalability.
- Stay ahead of industry trends (e.g., AI-driven ads, programmatic buying) and implement innovative strategies.
- Prepare weekly/monthly reports with actionable insights for stakeholders and senior management.
- Mentor junior team members and provide training on best practices in digital advertising.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Blueprint) are a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in digital advertising, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale ad budgets (IDR 500M+/month) and delivering measurable results.
- Expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Tokopedia, Lazada).
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics, Data Studio, or similar tools.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to guide teams and present data-driven recommendations.
- Familiarity with SEO/SEM principles and how they integrate with paid media strategies.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, remote/hybrid environment (Bali-based candidates preferred).
