Join Chanel, a global leader in luxury fashion, as a Public Relations (PR) Intern for our Watches & Fine Jewelry (WFJ) division in the vibrant heart of Bali. In this role, you will support the PR team in tracking and analyzing media coverage across print, digital, and social platforms, ensuring Chanelâs WFJ collections receive the recognition they deserve. Youâll collaborate with cross-functional teams to compile reports, curate press materials, and contribute to campaigns that elevate Chanelâs presence in the luxury market.

Location: Flexible within Bali (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, or Badung). Hybrid work options may be available.
Responsibility
- Monitor and track monthly earned media visibility for Chanelâs WFJ across print, web, and social media, collecting screenshots, links, and engagement metrics.
- Assist in compiling media coverage reports with key insights on reach, sentiment, and audience demographics.
- Support the PR team in press clipping and archiving for internal and external stakeholders.
- Contribute to the creation of press kits, media alerts, and pitch materials for WFJ product launches and events.
- Collaborate with digital teams to track social media mentions and influencer partnerships related to WFJ.
- Assist in coordinating media outreach, including journalist inquiries and sample requests.
- Help organize and execute PR events, press previews, and product showcases in Bali.
- Conduct competitive analysis to benchmark Chanelâs WFJ PR performance against industry leaders.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal English proficiency; additional languages (e.g., Indonesian, French) are a plus.
- Passion for luxury fashion, watches, or fine jewelry with an understanding of Chanelâs brand heritage.
- Familiarity with media monitoring tools (e.g., Meltwater, Cision) and social media analytics (e.g., Instagram Insights, Google Analytics).
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and basic graphic design tools (e.g., Canva) for report creation.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Previous internship or project experience in PR, marketing, or media is advantageous.
