Responsibility
- Develop and implement PR strategies to enhance the restaurant’s brand visibility and reputation across digital and traditional media.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with journalists, influencers, and local partners to secure coverage and collaborations.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute events (e.g., private dinners, press launches, themed nights) from concept to execution, ensuring seamless logistics and guest satisfaction.
- Create engaging press releases, media kits, and social media content to promote restaurant news, events, and special offers.
- Monitor media coverage and public sentiment, providing insights and reports to management for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align PR and event activities with broader brand campaigns and promotions.
- Manage guest lists, RSVPs, and on-site event coordination, ensuring a premium experience for all attendees.
- Act as the restaurant’s spokesperson at industry events, interviews, and public appearances when required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in PR, event management, or hospitality, preferably in a restaurant or luxury brand.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a plus).
- Proven track record of media relations, event planning, and crisis management.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail and a passion for storytelling.
- Proficiency in social media platforms, CMS, and PR tools (e.g., Canva, Mailchimp, Meltwater).
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to support event execution.
