Responsibility
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing and PR plans to elevate brand visibility for the property.
- Manage all e-commerce channels and booking opportunities to maximize direct revenue.
- Cultivate and maintain strategic relationships with tourism boards, travel agencies, and industry stakeholders.
- Coordinate all press releases, media kits, and promotional content across digital and print platforms.
- Oversee social media strategy, influencer collaborations, and digital advertising campaigns.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to adjust marketing strategies proactively.
- Handle crisis communication and maintain a positive brand reputation across all customer feedback channels.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing or PR, preferably within the luxury hotel or property management sector in Indonesia.
- Proven track record in e-commerce management and digital marketing performance tracking.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Indonesian is a plus.
- Strong existing network within the Bali tourism and media industry.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Proficient in CRM software, content management systems, and social media analytics tools.
