Responsibility
- Promote Kredivo’s digital payment solutions to customers in retail stores, malls, and electronic outlets.
- Educate customers on the benefits of Kredivo’s installment plans, credit limits, and application processes.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets for customer acquisitions and activations.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving concerns professionally.
- Collaborate with store staff to identify and engage potential customers effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales, and feedback using provided tools.
- Participate in product training and stay updated on Kredivo’s latest features and promotions.
- Represent the brand positively through outstanding communication and presentation skills.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Age maximum 35 years old.
- Own an Android smartphone for work-related tasks.
- Minimum 3 months of experience as a Promoter, SPG, SPB, or in electronics sales.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in Bahasa Indonesia and basic English.
- Outgoing, confident, and able to engage customers proactively.
- Willing to work in Bali (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, Badung).
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and ability to work under pressure.
