Responsibility
- Promote Kredivo’s financial products and services to potential customers in assigned locations.
- Engage with customers to explain product benefits, features, and application processes.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets set by the company.
- Conduct product demonstrations and distribute marketing materials (brochures, flyers, etc.).
- Collect customer feedback and report insights to the marketing team for improvements.
- Maintain a professional appearance and adhere to brand representation standards.
- Collaborate with the sales team to organize promotional events and campaigns.
- Use a company-provided Android device to track leads, sales, and customer interactions.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Proven experience (minimum 3 months) as a Promoter, SPG, SPB, or in electronics/sales roles.
- Maximum age of 35 years.
- Own an Android smartphone for work-related tasks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Outgoing, confident, and able to engage with diverse customer groups.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Familiarity with fintech, e-commerce, or digital payment solutions is a plus.
