Responsibility
- Administer standardized psychological tests (e.g., IQ, personality, aptitude, and clinical assessments) to individuals or groups.
- Score and interpret test results using established norms, statistical methods, and professional judgment.
- Prepare comprehensive reports detailing findings, recommendations, and insights for clients, clinicians, or stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with ethical guidelines, confidentiality standards, and data protection regulations.
- Collaborate with psychologists, HR professionals, or educators to integrate test results into broader assessment frameworks.
- Maintain and update testing materials, tools, and databases to ensure accuracy and relevance.
- Stay current with advancements in psychometric tools, research, and best practices.
- Provide clear, empathetic communication of results to diverse audiences, including non-experts.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Psychology, Psychometrics, or a related field.
- Licensed or certified as a Psychometrician (or equivalent qualification) in the Philippines or internationally recognized standards.
- Proven experience (1+ years) in administering and interpreting psychological tests in clinical, educational, or corporate settings.
- Strong analytical and statistical skills, with proficiency in data interpretation and report writing.
- Familiarity with a wide range of psychometric tools (e.g., WAIS, MMPI, Big Five, 16PF).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- High attention to detail, ethical integrity, and cultural sensitivity.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
