Responsibility
- Provide in-theatre clinical support during surgical procedures, ensuring adherence to best practices and protocols.
- Assist surgeons and medical staff with the proper use of Arthrex medical devices and equipment.
- Educate and train hospital staff on new surgical techniques and product applications.
- Monitor and evaluate patient outcomes, providing feedback to improve clinical practices.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to identify and address clinical needs in the region.
- Maintain accurate records of clinical activities, patient feedback, and product performance.
- Stay updated on the latest advancements in medical technology and surgical procedures.
- Act as a liaison between Arthrex and healthcare facilities to ensure seamless integration of our products.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Valid nursing license and certification as a Clinical Nurse Specialist.
- Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience, with a focus on surgical or perioperative care.
- Strong knowledge of medical devices and surgical procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively train and support medical staff.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Willingness to travel across Bali and occasionally to other regions.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is highly desirable.
