Responsibility

  • Lead, mentor, and supervise nursing staff in the LDS and Maternity units to ensure high-quality patient care and adherence to clinical protocols.
  • Oversee daily operations, including staff scheduling, resource allocation, and workflow optimization to enhance efficiency and patient satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with physicians, midwives, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement evidence-based care plans for maternal and neonatal patients.
  • Ensure compliance with MRHA (Medical Registration and Healthcare Accreditation) standards, hospital policies, and regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor and evaluate clinical outcomes, implementing quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient safety and care standards.
  • Provide direct patient care in complex cases, demonstrating clinical expertise in labor, delivery, postpartum, and neonatal care.
  • Conduct regular staff training, performance evaluations, and professional development programs to foster a culture of continuous learning.
  • Manage inventory, equipment, and supplies to ensure the unit is well-stocked and prepared for emergencies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (S1 Keperawatan) or equivalent from an accredited institution.
  • Valid nursing license (STR) and MRHA certification.
  • Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience in maternity, labor, delivery, or neonatal care, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
  • Strong knowledge of MRHA standards, clinical protocols, and healthcare regulations in Indonesia.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate, mentor, and manage a diverse nursing team.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) and healthcare management software.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are a plus.
