Responsibility
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers, including hospitals, clinics, and individual practitioners.
- Identify and onboard new healthcare partners to expand our network and enhance service offerings.
- Conduct regular meetings and presentations to educate providers about our programs, benefits, and collaborative opportunities.
- Address and resolve any issues or concerns raised by providers to ensure high satisfaction and retention rates.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align provider relations strategies with organizational goals and market demands.
- Monitor and analyze provider performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and growth.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitive landscape to inform strategic decisions.
- Prepare and present reports on provider relations activities, outcomes, and recommendations to senior management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in provider relations, sales, or business development within the healthcare industry.
- Proven track record of building and maintaining successful partnerships with healthcare providers.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address provider concerns and optimize partnerships.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required; additional languages are a plus.
