Responsibility
- Perform routine maintenance and diagnostics on Proton e.MAS electric vehicles.
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical and mechanical issues in EVs.
- Conduct battery health checks and ensure optimal performance of EV systems.
- Collaborate with the service team to provide timely and efficient customer service.
- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair activities.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in electric vehicle technology.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and industry standards.
- Assist in training junior technicians on EV maintenance procedures.
Qualifications
- Diploma or certification in Automotive Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an automotive technician, preferably with electric vehicles.
- Strong knowledge of EV systems, including battery management and electric drivetrains.
- Familiarity with diagnostic tools and software for electric vehicles.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Willingness to undergo additional training on Proton e.MAS models.
