Responsibility
- Lead the end-to-end proposal development process, from initial opportunity identification to submission.
- Collaborate with technical, commercial, and legal teams to ensure proposals are accurate, compliant, and competitive.
- Develop and maintain proposal templates, content libraries, and best practices to streamline processes.
- Conduct thorough reviews of RFPs/RFIs to identify key requirements and develop tailored responses.
- Coordinate proposal schedules, deadlines, and deliverables to ensure timely submissions.
- Conduct post-submission debriefs to gather feedback and refine future proposals.
- Track and report on proposal win/loss ratios and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external clients.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in proposal management, business development, or a similar role.
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex proposals in the engineering or professional services sector.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and proposal management software.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote or hybrid environment.
- Familiarity with the Indonesian market and business landscape is a plus.
