Responsibility
- Lead and supervise the property sales team to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Develop, implement, and monitor effective sales strategies and action plans to maximize revenue.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching to sales staff to enhance productivity and skills.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Ensure accurate and timely reporting of sales metrics, forecasts, and pipeline updates to senior management.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create compelling property promotions and campaigns.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and stakeholders to foster long-term business partnerships.
- Oversee the preparation and execution of sales contracts, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in property sales, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in the real estate industry.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to motivate and guide a sales team.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities to interpret sales data and market trends.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Fluency in English and Indonesian; additional languages are a plus.
