Responsibility
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through active prospecting and lead generation.
- Present and demonstrate various Filinvest property portfolios to potential buyers.
- Conduct site tours and project orientations for interested clients.
- Maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure referrals and repeat business.
- Prepare and process sales documentation, including reservation agreements and contracts.
- Participate in sales events, exhibits, and marketing activities to increase brand visibility.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets as set by the management team.
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of completed college education or a Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Proven experience in sales, real estate, or a related client-facing role is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and persuade.
- Highly self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working with minimal supervision.
- Willingness to conduct field work and engage in outdoor marketing activities.
- Proficient in using digital tools and social media for lead generation.
