In this role, you will lead a team of technicians and vendors to maintain, troubleshoot, and enhance Air Conditioning and Mechanical Ventilation (ACMV) and HVAC systems, ensuring compliance with safety standards, energy efficiency, and operational excellence. Your expertise will directly impact the comfort, reliability, and sustainability of premium residential, commercial, or hospitality facilities across Bali.

Responsibility
- Oversee the maintenance, repair, and optimization of ACMV and HVAC systems across assigned properties in Bali.
- Lead and coordinate vendor and contractor relationships to ensure timely and cost-effective service delivery.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and extend equipment lifespan.
- Monitor energy consumption and system performance, identifying opportunities for efficiency improvements.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and environmental protocols for all facilities operations.
- Manage emergency response protocols for HVAC/ACMV failures, incidents, or critical system malfunctions.
- Collaborate with property managers, engineers, and stakeholders to align facilities strategies with business objectives.
- Maintain accurate documentation, reports, and budgets related to maintenance activities and expenditures.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in ACMV/HVAC maintenance, building services, or facilities management.
- Proven track record in managing vendors, contractors, and on-site teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC/ACMV systems, BMS (Building Management Systems), and energy-efficient technologies.
- Familiarity with local Indonesian regulations and international standards (e.g., ASHRAE, ISO).
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure in a contract-based role.
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken); knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
