Responsibility
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve monthly and annual targets.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to maximize performance and productivity.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and industry partners.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights.
- Oversee property viewings, negotiations, and closings to ensure smooth transactions.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create compelling property listings and promotional campaigns.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior management.
- Participate in team-building activities and company events to foster a positive work culture.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
- Proven experience in property sales, real estate, or a similar role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
- In-depth knowledge of the Bali real estate market and property trends.
- Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is preferred.
