Responsibility
- Coordinate and liaise with local government units (LGUs) to secure necessary permits, licenses, and titles for real estate projects.
- Prepare, review, and submit documentation required for permit applications, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
- Monitor the progress of permit applications and follow up with relevant authorities to expedite approvals.
- Maintain organized records of all permits, licenses, and correspondence with governmental agencies.
- Act as the primary point of contact between the company and LGUs, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including legal, project management, and development, to ensure alignment on permit requirements.
- Stay updated on changes in local regulations and policies affecting real estate permitting and titling.
- Provide regular reports to management on the status of permit applications and any potential roadblocks.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Legal Studies, Public Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the real estate or property development sector.
- Strong understanding of local government processes, permit applications, and regulatory compliance in Bali.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with governmental officials.
- Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail, ensuring all documentation is accurate and submitted on time.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with document management systems.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required; knowledge of local dialects is a plus.
