Responsibility

  • Coordinate and attend all Vacant Possession (VP) handover appointments with buyers, developers, and legal representatives.
  • Conduct comprehensive inspections of properties to identify and document defects prior to handover.
  • Liaise with contractors and service providers to schedule and monitor defect rectification works.
  • Maintain accurate records of all VP handover processes, defect reports, and rectification progress.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to property handover and defects.
  • Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements pertaining to property handover and defect management.
  • Prepare and present reports on handover status and defect resolution to management and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and improve client satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Property Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in property management, defect management, or a similar role within the real estate industry.
  • Strong understanding of property handover processes and defect rectification procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients, contractors, and internal teams.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in using property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
