Responsibility
- Lead and mentor a team of property management professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration and high performance.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of property management, ensuring compliance with local regulations and company standards.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their needs and ensuring satisfaction.
- Implement strategic initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and drive business growth.
- Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
- Ensure properties are well-maintained, coordinating with vendors and service providers as needed.
- Conduct regular property inspections and provide detailed reports to stakeholders.
- Stay updated on market trends and industry best practices to inform decision-making.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in property management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of managing teams and driving operational excellence.
- Strong understanding of local real estate regulations and market dynamics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.
- Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
