Responsibility
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify and address maintenance needs.
- Coordinate and oversee repair and maintenance work performed by internal staff and external contractors.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to ensure the longevity of equipment and facilities.
- Manage inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, inspections, and repairs.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Collaborate with other departments to plan and execute facility improvements and renovations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facility Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in facility management, maintenance, or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of building systems, including electrical, plumbing, and HVAC.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using maintenance management software and tools.
- Certification in facility management or a related field is a plus.
