Responsibility
- Conduct in-depth market research and financial analysis to identify investment opportunities in industrial real estate.
- Develop and maintain financial models to evaluate the performance of capital market transactions and logistics strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess the feasibility of industrial property acquisitions, dispositions, and leasing strategies.
- Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for clients and stakeholders, highlighting market trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Monitor and analyze macroeconomic indicators, industry trends, and regulatory changes affecting the industrial logistics sector.
- Assist in the due diligence process for potential investments, including site visits, financial audits, and legal reviews.
- Provide strategic recommendations to optimize supply chain and logistics operations for industrial properties.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and industry partners.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Finance, Economics, Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field. A Masterâs degree or professional certification (e.g., CFA, FRM) is a plus.
- Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in capital markets, real estate finance, or industrial logistics analysis.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial modeling, valuation techniques, and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Argus, Bloomberg).
- Excellent understanding of real estate market dynamics, investment strategies, and logistics operations.
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
- Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Familiarity with Indonesian real estate regulations and market trends is highly desirable.
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
