Responsibility
- Manage and respond to property sales inquiries promptly and professionally, ensuring high conversion rates.
- Conduct property viewings, presentations, and negotiations to close deals efficiently.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and industry partners.
- Develop and implement social media and digital marketing strategies to promote property listings.
- Prepare and present sales reports, market analysis, and performance metrics to management.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and new property developments in Bali.
- Collaborate with legal and financial teams to ensure smooth transaction processes.
- Provide exceptional after-sales service to enhance client satisfaction and referrals.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in property sales, real estate, or a related field.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a competitive market.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn).
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales management systems.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English; additional language skills (e.g., Indonesian, Mandarin) are a plus.
