Responsibility
- Direct and oversee daily operations for a portfolio of residential and commercial properties.
- Lead and mentor property staff and maintenance teams to ensure high-performance standards.
- Manage tenant relations, including lease administration, conflict resolution, and retention strategies.
- Coordinate with contractors and service providers to oversee preventive and corrective maintenance.
- Develop and manage annual budgets for property operations and capital improvements.
- Ensure all properties comply with local building codes, safety regulations, and zoning laws.
- Prepare regular performance reports and financial summaries for executive stakeholders.
- Implement strategies to increase property occupancy rates and overall asset valuation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate Management, Business Administration, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in property management, preferably in the Philippine market.
- Strong knowledge of local real estate laws, contracts, and property maintenance procedures.
- Exceptional leadership skills with a track record of managing cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in property management software and MS Office Suite.
- Strong financial acumen, including experience in budget planning and P&L management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle high-pressure tenant situations.
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a sharp eye for detail.
