Responsibility
- Oversee daily operations of assigned properties, ensuring compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations.
- Lead and mentor a team of technicians and facility staff, fostering a culture of accountability and high performance.
- Manage vendor contracts, service level agreements (SLAs), and procurement processes to optimize cost efficiency and service quality.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and extend the lifespan of facility assets.
- Coordinate with property owners, tenants, and stakeholders to address concerns, resolve issues, and enhance tenant satisfaction.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), including energy consumption, maintenance costs, and operational efficiency.
- Ensure all facility operations adhere to local laws, corporate policies, and industry best practices.
- Drive sustainability initiatives, such as energy conservation and waste reduction, to support environmental goals.
Qualifications
- Bachelorās degree in Facility Management, Engineering, Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in facility management, property operations, or a similar role, preferably in the hospitality, commercial, or residential sectors.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams and fostering collaboration.
- Proficient in vendor management, contract negotiation, and budgeting.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing operational challenges.
- Familiarity with facility management software, CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems), and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of Indonesian property laws, safety regulations, and environmental standards is a plus.
- Strong communication skills in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous.
