Responsibility
- Oversee the daily operations of premium commercial properties, ensuring compliance with company standards and local regulations.
- Manage tenant relations, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and fostering a positive tenant experience.
- Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and inspections to ensure all properties are in optimal condition.
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and service quality.
- Supervise on-site staff, including security, cleaning, and maintenance teams, ensuring high performance and accountability.
- Monitor budgets, expenses, and financial reports to optimize cost efficiency and profitability.
- Liaise with vendors, contractors, and service providers to negotiate contracts and ensure timely delivery of services.
- Conduct regular property assessments and recommend improvements to enhance value and tenant satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Property Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial property management, preferably in high-end or luxury properties.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with a proven ability to motivate and develop staff.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with tenants, vendors, and stakeholders.
- In-depth knowledge of property maintenance, safety protocols, and local regulations in Indonesia.
- Proficiency in property management software and financial reporting tools.
- Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Indonesian is a plus.
