Responsibility
- Supervise and coordinate daily operational activities for property management, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry standards.
- Lead, mentor, and evaluate a team of operational staff, fostering a culture of accountability, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
- Oversee property maintenance, inspections, and vendor contracts to ensure high standards of upkeep and tenant satisfaction.
- Develop and implement operational procedures, workflows, and KPIs to enhance productivity and service quality.
- Liaise with clients, tenants, and stakeholders to address inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain strong professional relationships.
- Monitor budgets, expenses, and resource allocation to optimize cost-efficiency without compromising service excellence.
- Prepare regular reports on operational performance, occupancy rates, and financial metrics for senior management.
- Stay updated on real estate market trends, regulatory changes, and best practices to drive strategic decision-making.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Property Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in operations management, preferably in real estate, property, or facilities management.
- Proven leadership skills with experience managing teams of 5+ members in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong knowledge of property management software, CRM tools, and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities in English and Indonesian.
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
- Familiarity with local real estate laws, lease agreements, and compliance requirements in Bali/Indonesia.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional weekends or evenings, as needed.
