Responsibility
- Manage and oversee daily property operations, ensuring smooth and efficient processes.
- Coordinate with clients, tenants, and vendors to address inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
- Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with safety and maintenance standards.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance property value and attract potential tenants or buyers.
- Prepare and present reports on property performance, market trends, and financial analysis.
- Assist in the negotiation and finalization of property leases, sales, and contracts.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to promote properties through various channels and platforms.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of property transactions, leases, and financial data.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in property management, real estate, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of property laws, regulations, and market trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.
- Proficient in using property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
