Responsibility
- Conduct regular inspections of properties to identify and address structural, mechanical, and electrical issues.
- Develop and implement maintenance plans to ensure the longevity and functionality of properties.
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to oversee construction and renovation projects.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and company standards.
- Manage and coordinate with vendors and service providers for repairs, upgrades, and installations.
- Prepare detailed reports on property conditions, maintenance activities, and project progress.
- Provide technical expertise and recommendations for property improvements and cost-saving measures.
- Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests and resolve issues efficiently.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in property maintenance, construction, or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical.
- Familiarity with local building codes, safety regulations, and industry best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Proficient in using maintenance management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with stakeholders.
- Willingness to travel to various property locations as needed.
