Responsibility
- Conduct market research to identify property trends, pricing, and investment opportunities in Bali.
- Liaise with clients to understand their property needs, preferences, and budget constraints.
- Organize and lead property viewings, showcasing features and benefits to potential buyers or tenants.
- Negotiate terms and conditions between buyers, sellers, and landlords to secure favorable deals.
- Prepare and review legal documents, contracts, and agreements to ensure compliance with local regulations.
- Build and maintain a network of real estate professionals, including developers, lawyers, and financial institutions.
- Provide post-sale support, including handover processes and addressing client concerns.
- Stay updated on Bali’s zoning laws, tax implications, and property ownership rules for foreign and local investors.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience in property sales, leasing, or real estate consultancy (preferably in Bali or similar markets).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse clients.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian; additional languages (e.g., Mandarin, Japanese) are a plus.
- In-depth knowledge of Bali’s property market, including popular areas, pricing, and legal requirements.
- Sales-driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office, and property listing platforms.
- Valid real estate license or willingness to obtain one (if required by local regulations).
