Responsibility
- Conduct on-site inspections and evaluations of residential, commercial, and agricultural properties.
- Prepare detailed appraisal reports in compliance with banking and regulatory standards.
- Analyze market trends, property conditions, and comparable sales data to determine accurate valuations.
- Collaborate with loan officers, underwriters, and other stakeholders to support lending decisions.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local real estate markets and valuation methodologies.
- Ensure all appraisals adhere to ethical guidelines and legal requirements.
- Provide expert advice on property-related risks and investment opportunities.
- Document and archive appraisal records for audit and reference purposes.
Qualifications
- Bachelorās degree in Real Estate, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Property Appraiser or in a similar role, preferably in banking or financial services.
- Strong knowledge of real estate valuation principles, methods, and regulations.
- Excellent analytical, mathematical, and report-writing skills.
- Proficiency in appraisal software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments efficiently.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for client and team interactions.
- Willingness to travel to various locations across Bali for property inspections.
