Responsibility
- Coordinate and oversee the maintenance and upkeep of property amenities, ensuring they meet quality standards.
- Liaise with vendors and service providers to schedule repairs, upgrades, and routine maintenance.
- Monitor inventory levels of amenities and supplies, placing orders as needed to avoid shortages.
- Conduct regular inspections of amenities to identify issues and ensure compliance with safety and hygiene standards.
- Collaborate with property managers to develop and implement amenity enhancement plans.
- Respond to guest feedback regarding amenities and take corrective actions as necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, expenses, and vendor contracts.
- Assist in the planning and execution of special events or promotions related to property amenities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in property management, hospitality, or a similar role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective vendor and team collaboration.
