Responsibility
- Manage tenant communications, lease agreements, and renewals for UK-based properties.
- Coordinate property inspections, maintenance requests, and vendor services.
- Process rental payments, generate financial reports, and reconcile accounts.
- Ensure compliance with UK property laws, health and safety regulations, and insurance requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of property documents, contracts, and correspondence.
- Liaise with property owners, agents, and legal teams to resolve disputes or issues.
- Prepare and distribute monthly/quarterly property performance reports.
- Assist in budgeting, expense tracking, and cost optimization for property portfolios.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in UK property administration or real estate management.
- Strong understanding of UK tenancy laws, lease agreements, and property compliance.
- Proficient in property management software (e.g., Yardi, MRI, or similar tools).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail and deadlines.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting with minimal supervision.
- Familiarity with financial reporting, invoicing, and basic accounting principles.
