Responsibility
- Coordinate and manage property-related documentation, including leases, contracts, and compliance records.
- Assist in billing processes, ensuring accurate and timely invoicing for tenants and property owners.
- Handle tenant inquiries, concerns, and requests, providing professional and prompt resolutions.
- Maintain organized records of property operations, including maintenance logs, financial reports, and administrative files.
- Support office operations by managing schedules, preparing meeting materials, and facilitating communication between departments.
- Assist in the preparation of property reports, budgets, and other administrative documents as required.
- Liaise with vendors, contractors, and service providers to ensure property maintenance and operational needs are met.
- Contribute to process improvements by identifying inefficiencies and proposing solutions to enhance productivity.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven experience in administrative support, property management, or a similar role.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-service-oriented approach.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and property management software.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in data entry and documentation.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Familiarity with real estate terminology, lease agreements, and property management best practices is a plus.
