Responsibility
- Engage with potential and existing clients to promote spa and beauty services.
- Conduct product demonstrations and explain service benefits to customers.
- Assist in organizing and executing promotional events and campaigns.
- Maintain a welcoming and professional atmosphere in the spa lounge.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative promotional strategies.
- Provide excellent customer service and address client inquiries.
- Track and report on promotional activities and customer feedback.
- Upsell services and products to enhance customer experience and revenue.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in sales, promotions, or customer service is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for wellness, beauty, and customer engagement.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor.
- Basic knowledge of spa and beauty treatments is advantageous.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is preferred.
