Responsibility
- Assist in the setup, arrangement, and dismantling of event floor areas, including furniture, decor, and equipment.
- Ensure all event spaces are clean, organized, and aligned with the event’s theme and client requirements.
- Provide on-site support to guests, vendors, and event staff, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Collaborate with the event planning team to execute floor layouts, signage placement, and directional flow for attendees.
- Monitor event areas to maintain safety, order, and compliance with venue regulations.
- Assist with crowd control and guest guidance during high-traffic periods.
- Support the coordination of AV equipment, lighting, and other technical setups as needed.
- Perform post-event cleanup and inventory checks to ensure all materials are accounted for and stored properly.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in event support, hospitality, or a related field is a plus, but not required.
- Strong physical stamina to lift, move, and arrange event materials (up to 20 kg).
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with staff and clients.
- High attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays based on event schedules.
- Professional appearance and a customer-service-oriented mindset.
- Basic knowledge of event logistics or floor planning is advantageous.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Indonesian) are a bonus.
