Responsibility
- Coordinate and manage digitalisation projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.
- Identify and implement process automation opportunities to enhance operational efficiency and reduce manual workloads.
- Collaborate with IT and business teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and oversee the deployment of digital tools.
- Develop and maintain project documentation, including timelines, budgets, and progress reports for stakeholders.
- Conduct process audits to pinpoint inefficiencies and recommend data-driven improvements.
- Facilitate training sessions and workshops to ensure smooth adoption of new systems and processes.
- Monitor project KPIs and performance metrics, providing insights to leadership for continuous optimization.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2+ years) in project coordination, process improvement, or digital transformation roles.
- Strong proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana) and automation platforms (e.g., Zapier, UiPath).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and process mapping techniques.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote or hybrid environment.
