Responsibility
- Provide on-site medical care and first aid to employees in case of injuries or illnesses.
- Conduct regular health screenings, assessments, and wellness checks for staff.
- Develop and implement workplace health and safety programs to prevent injuries and illnesses.
- Respond promptly to medical emergencies and coordinate with local healthcare facilities when necessary.
- Maintain accurate health records and documentation of all medical incidents and treatments.
- Educate employees on health best practices, including hygiene, disease prevention, and ergonomic safety.
- Collaborate with HR and management to ensure compliance with occupational health regulations.
- Monitor and report on workplace health trends and recommend improvements to safety protocols.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (S1 Keperawatan) or equivalent; licensed nurse in Indonesia (STR).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in occupational health, emergency care, or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of first aid, CPR, and emergency response procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with diverse teams.
- Ability to work independently and make quick, sound decisions in high-pressure situations.
- Familiarity with workplace safety regulations and health compliance standards.
- Proficiency in English and Indonesian (written and spoken).
- Willingness to work in Bali with flexibility for on-call duties as needed.
